e-horizon enters into a strategic global joint venture

e-horizon has today signed a strategic joint venture agreement with the mobile operator XOX with the objective of taking the Voopee service that has been launched in Malaysia to the global market. The Voopee service has all the features that you can find in popular smartphone communication apps like WhatsApp and Viber, but it also contains additional end-user features as Voopee is also integrated with the mobile network.

The new joint venture will partner with local mobile operators and initially focus on markets in Europe, North and South America.

e-horizon will provide the technology and solutions for this joint venture, including the Junyverse Mobile Soft Device.

XoX is listed on the Malaysia Stock Exchange.
